Story
Nala is an ~8 month old sweetheart looking for a loving home. We rescued her and don’t know her exact breed but think she is some sort of a retriever mix. As she has aged, she has presented with some signs of a neurological condition. After consulting our vet, she does have a progressive congenital neurological disorder. This makes it hard for her to wag her tail, vocalize, be as active as a typical puppy, and control her potty. She knows her basic commands; sit, lay down, stay, recall (come) and follow (heel). She’s incredibly easy to walk on a leash and doesn’t require too much physical activity but loves spending time with you. She is so friendly and loving. She prefers to lay down instead of sit, as her hips are stiff. She likes to be let out often to avoid accidents, as she needs to use the bathroom about every 3 hours. Her current family works full time and cannot provide this more structured schedule for her. She would love to be with a family that has a yard and has someone who
