Story
Rambo is a 2 year old pure bred blue nose/red nose and he's a huge cuddler who needs to be consistently exercised. He has hip problems from being kenneled until I adopted him at 1 years old, however they do not hinder his ability to run or play but he absolutely cannot be kenneled or the problem will become debilitating. He has IBS.

Story
Tank is almost 6 years old, we adopted him from another family when they felt overwhelmed with a new baby. He is extremely gentle and playful and is good with kids of all ages. He knows some basic commands: sit, stay, up, down. He is very treat motivated. He has been an indoor dog, but loves to play outside and go on walks. We would love to keep him but he has some pretty severe allergies, food and environmental. We have tried to figure out his triggers but at this point he needs to see a dermatologist and he is becoming too expensive for us to handle. His allergies get worse in the fall and winter months. He can look intimidating but he’s a softer that loves to cuddle. He hates baths but will tolerate them once you get going. He doesn’t bark a lot, just when someone is at the door or when he is playful.

Story
We adopted sweet Maggie from the shelter back in 2014. She is a very empathic and sweet girl. She definitely has imprinted on to me and is always by my side. But she is also very open to ANYONE willing to give her some love (she's kind of a bottomless pit for receiving love and attention - but hey - who wouldn't be!?). She loves to cuddle and love on you but she REALLY loves to chase and fetch balls. She is fast and has amazing coordination skills (catching lacrosse balls mid air). She loves to also play chase and get teased ('you can't catch me' is a fun one we like to play a lot). She is sensitive to thunder storms and has bionic ears. So when a storm comes through i use her thunder vest (works wonders) and put on Nora Jones on the stereo (my son figured out that it calms her! I bet Nora would love to hear that! :) ). She would do so well with a family that has children that like to play - and especially to play fetch with.

Story
Dizzie may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she sure is the funniest. We adopted Dizzie from a shelter when she was 6 months old. She's brought a lot of joy and laughter to our family the last 12+ years. She is a senior dog, but is still a play baby at heart, & loves fetch, galloping, and cuddles. She is very good on leash. She is very obsessed with cats. She's never hurt a cat, but she will mouth it and stick her nose all over it. As a senior puppy, she has developed hip issues. She can engage in an active family life, though not as intensely. Dizzie's diet is going to need some attention. She reacts poorly to stress and gets an upset tummy, needing to frequent the yard more often to do her business. It takes a while for her to warm up to visitors, too. Sometimes up to months. Blankets and pillows in her kennel are ill advised. But, a soft pad will do the trick! Dizzie is a sweetheart with medical needs. If you can attend to her health, she will attend to your heart!

Story
Sasha thinks she's such a princess, especially when she's rolling around in dirt! We adopted Sasha from an associate 12+ years ago when she was 5 months old. She's been our snuggly princess who hates baths ever since. Though she's a senior dog, she has a ton of energy. She doesn't play fetch, but will play keep away! She's good on leash but wants to charge ahead, and needs constant, gentle reminders to heel. Sasha enjoys it when company comes over, but gets very nervous around loud or sudden noises such as fireworks, yelling, or shrill beeping (e.g. a stopwatch, phone alarm, etc.) and will look for a place to escape or hide. Tall fences are a plus as this dog has some hops! Sasha is a sweetheart with humans, but tends to get very grumpy towards other pooches. Frequent, controlled, and supervised visits with another dog will help her get used to it, even if she still gives it the cold shoulder. She loves pets and constant, gentle reassurances, especially when getting groomed.
