Story
Hi everyone, my name is Spirit. I was run over by a car at the beginning of last year and had one front paw amputated. I have made a remarkable recovery as a tripod ever since. I can run around just fine but will never be a running dog due to my other front leg being fixed with plates as well. I am loving humans and to be close to them. Cuddles are my favorite. I am super low key and sweet. The perfect home for me will not have any stairs or an area where I don't have to walk stairs- that would be too much for me. I don't mind cats or other dogs but would do best in a home with no small children/ toddlers. I have recently completed an intense training program as I struggled with resource guarding from being a stray for many years. My adoptive parents would need to keep working with me under the guidance of my trainers.  You can follow my story on Facebook on my "Saving Spirit" fan page.  Please contact us at adopt@dallasdogrrr.org for some more information about me. Story
Gorgeous male husky roughly around 1-2 yrs old. He has been neutered. Knows how to sit, stay, shake and sometimes lay down. He’s dog and kid friendly. This poor dog was lost then found then got away from finder then found and given back to original finder then lost again and had a chip but it’s been 3 weeks and original owner did not respond to microchip company so finder gave away. The new owners adore him but he is so big and playful he scares their small kids and they have 2 other dogs. They think he’s perfect and adore him but just not for their home.  He does great inside the home.  We hope someone will give him the love that he deserves!!!  All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption.  The standard minimum donation for puppies is $325 + 8.25% tax =  $351.81, for dogs over 12 months the adoption fee is $225 + 8.25% tax = $243.66 and for our senior dogs 8 years and up is $100 + 8.25% tax = $108.25; this increase includes sales tax recently required by the State of Texas to collect.  You can view all the adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at http://dallasdogrrr.org.
