He is very friendly with people and great with kids. His overall demeanor is sweet natured and he frequently shows affection with a big lean on your leg or a kiss on your face, after he has warmed up to you. Bobby is a strong dog who reacts assertively when greeting other dogs, so he will be benefit from training to socialize with other pooches, but he has not shown any outward signs of aggression. With the right owner and family, Bobby could thrive around other dogs. He has not been observed around cats. Bobby is doing well learning basic commands like sit and is working on learning to walk on a leash too. Bobby appears to be housebroken and has had no accidents in the house. He is a bit nervous going down stairs and riding in the car, but has consistently responded well to positive reinforcement with treats or pets and has shown trust in his foster dad. Bobby is a gorgeous boy and clearly a great natured pooch who will be a great addition to the right family who will train him and show him the love that he deserves! Bobby is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and housebroken. His new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.
