We have had our sweet guy for almost 8 years now. He is a shelter dog with a big loving heart. He is mostly a lab and has pointer markings on his body. Cowboy loves to roam and also loves to jump the fence. For this reason we are unable to keep him.My husband and I both work full time and we have 1 one year old boy. The prospective owner will need to have a 6ft fence or higher. He needs to be ran and played with often; He is the sweetest dog ever, just a little too much for our growing family and work schedule.Love- Cara Madill

Story
Jet is 5 years old and about 80 pounds. He’s a healthy dog, up to date on shots and takes heart worm monthly. Jet has been a huge part of our family the last few years. We recently had twins and unfortunately the transition to life with babies has been harder on Jet than we had hoped. He’s a fairly lazy dog (out of the puppy phase) but loves to go on walks, run around, and play fetch. He’s a loyal dog and follows me around the house everywhere I go. He’s great at basic commands like “come” and “sit”. Jet can be territorial when meeting other big dogs but has been fine with them after an introduction. He does great with small dogs (our other dogs Stella is 10 pounds). We are looking for a family that will love him as much as we have.

Bella is an 7 year old, 55 lb Black Lab/Kelpie mix. She has a sweet, loving temperament, and she really loves to please her people. She loves to be outside on fair weather days, investigating the backyard and lying down to soak up some sun! She loves to cuddle and have her belly rubbed. Don't let her age fool you. She lives with small dogs, and she has no problem keeping up with all of them, even the younger ones. Bella would be fine as an only dog too. Bella loves to take walks and does well on a leash. She live with kids in her past home, but she will do best with older kids who are dog saavy. Bella qualifies for our Senior Dog 1/2 price adoption fee discount.
