Story
We adopted Toffee from the Humane Society in February. He's an older fun loving dog that just wants to play and hang out with his humans. He's tentative around men, but has completely bonded with me (Chris). He does not like cats or any other animal smaller than him. We have two other cats and thought he would eventually warm up to them and has not. He has some behavioral needs that we have tried to work with him on. New people need to be introduced in a slow manner, but he typically warms up to most people. The thing Toffee needs the most is a home where he is the only animal or there are other dogs his size and where he has owners that can read his comfort level. He looks like a Golden Retriever, but is the size of an Australian Shepard. He only likes to be petted on his head, neck, or back. He loves treats, reacts to the "Leave it" command, and will occasionally be found chasing his tail. Walks are his favorite and he likes chasing the ball, but hasn't quite learned what drop means.

Story
Nona is a beautiful, smart little girl. She is in a foster home in Tacoma, WA after being rescued from Oklahoma, along with her siblings and mom and dad. Pictures 2 and 3 are of mom and dad. She is great with other dogs, cats, and kids and submissive in nature. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations, dewormed, flea and tick treated, had a negative fecal test, tested negative for giardia, and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $600. Nene is a beautiful girl that was rescued from Oklahoma along with her 7 siblings, mom and dad, and is now in WA state (North Seattle) looking for her forever home. She is sweet and submissive but also smart and playful. Not to mention beautiful. She has great temperament and is good with kids, cats, and dogs. She is fixed, current on all shots, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and ticks, and had negative fecal and giardia tests. Her adoption fee is $600. Story
Pepper is a gentle and loving dog. We call her Chill Dog because she just does not gt rattled. Pepper loves to play and likes to be close to people. She sleeps at the end of the bed or in the hall just outside the door. Pepper likes to run but also to lay down in the yard and soak up the rays. She is very good at being left at home while we work and go to school.

Story
I've had Lila since she was 5 weeks old and she truly has been the love of my life. She is loyal, sweet, and so playful. I'm looking for a loving, patient, and active new family with land for her to run or at least a decent yard. Lila is a 7 year old Australian shepherd/ border collie mix and so she has a ton of energy so she'd do very well with someone as active as her. She loves hiking and runs especially. She is also not very good around little kids. Although she may be a bit protective, she is a very loving and loyal dog. She's probably one of the best cuddlers around! We love her very much, we just don't have the space to take care of her and she is no longer welcome at our apartments. With the proper time, attention, and training she'd be the perfect companion for someone. I wish it could be me, however, my financial circumstances don't allow me the time to keep her and find another living situation where she's allowed.
