Snape, born 4/19/16, is an adventurous man who loves to be the leader of the pack. He loves adventure, is super curious and melts your heart with those eyes. His favorite hang out place is my three season porch. He thinks he's Mayor of our neighborhood and loves to be the watch cat. What a love. He has had a complete wellness exam, is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $175.00 which includes a free wellness exam within 7 days of adoption. For more information, please call 952-368-7297 line 2. Snape is currently located in a foster home. Brain has become a fan favorite of volunteers and staff due to his vividly affectionate nature. He loves to greet his visitors with gusto, and when they leave he is just as dramatic. He is intensely affectionate, always wanting scratches on his cheeks and chin, pets down his back, and kisses on his head. He adores his mealtimes, rarely leaving anything behind. Then when he's done eating, right back to pets. If you're looking for a super snuggly, lovey-dovey, sweetheart of a cat, Brain is for you! Brain is about one year old, he is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. Brain is also FIV+. CSHS staff is happy to explain what FIV is and what that entails for Brain's future forever family. Story

Chloe, born 9/22/19, is a female orange domestic medium (maybe long) hair tabby and was born around October. I was the shy one out of the bunch, but that was because I had had a lot of changes in a very short period of time. I took some coaxing to come out of my shell the first couple days, but once I was out I was amazing! I took about 4 days to get used to another female cat, but the boy cats only took a couple of days for me to warm up to them. Either way I was playing, pouncing, running and climbing with everyone by the end of 4 days. I love to lounge on my cat tree, on the very top of course, watching over my surroundings. I like to cuddle, but on my terms. I hang out in the crook of my Mum’s legs on the couch with her just to let her know I am there. Other times you will find me playing with my siblings, toys (I love the scrunchie balls and things that make noise) or resting and recharging by myself. I do insist on being on the counter tops when Mum is sleeping or out of the room, but hopefully I will grow out of it since I know I am not supposed to, but KITTEN! I would make a great addition to a quieter family. Will you be that family for me? I would be forever grateful! Adoption Fee: $200, plus taxes Location: Foster Home Once you get to know her, Reba is a very sweet and affectionate 1 year old with a cute little squeak of a voice. She is usually very eager to welcome you and say hello and circle around your feet for some pets. After a bit of that she will look into your eyes as if to say "Here I come and will jump up on your lap and give you a head butt so you can give her a kiss. That is what Reba's personality is really like when she knows you, but she comes from a background where she was very shy and distant. So you have to earn your place in her heart and have the time and patience to make her feel safe and secure and loved before she is comfortable. Once she lets you in she is very sweet. She is very treat motivated and that is the first step into gaining her trust and getting close to her. A chicken churu is her favorite. When she is enjoying her treat you can give her a pet and slowly work your way into her heart. She was one of 3 siblings who were very under socialized when coming to us. All 3 made amazing strides and her 2 other siblings have been adopted. Reba was the most distant, but oddly enough she may just be the most affectionate of the 3 when her personality shines though. When she is calm and relaxed Reba loves to play a bit and has fun with a wand toy with a feather on the end. She likes other kitties as well, especially if a new friend is not too domineering with her. Reba is spayed, microchipped and is current with vaccinations. She likes to have a cat friend to play with, but we think she'd be comfortable as an only child as well. She has never been around dogs but as long as she has some time and the proper introduction, she could have doggie friends too! She's a curious girl and loves to play, but she will also curl up with you on the couch. She would also appreciate being able to sleep with you at night. Mochi is about one year old, she is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccinations. At first we thought Oreo was a bit upset with us due to his intense staring and lack of purrs, but we were very incorrect. Oreo is a super affectionate kitty, he loves gentle pets and a nice kitty bed to lounge on throughout the day. He is a very quiet kitty, but when he comes out of his shell it is like seeing a beautiful flower blossom! Upon vet examination, Oreo has a suspected mild case of Cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) which is the result of the improper development of the part of the brain needed for balance and voluntary movement. It is a lifelong disability but it doesn't affect any other organs. Even though Oreo is a wobble kitty, he is a very good boy and uses his litterbox accurately and eats his food as neatly as possible. Oreo is about one year old, he is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations.
