She is a great cat who enjoys to do typical cat things like: bat around toys, watch the outside critters, play with her humans, wreak havoc on the scratching posts and stalk bugs in the basement. She loves people and snuggling. She can be quite 'chatty' and talks back when you talk to her. She has not lived with children, so she can be a bit skittish around kids. She is passionate about food so does not free feed very well. She is currently using an auto-feeder; but would do great with scheduled feedings. She would be best in a home with older or no children as an only cat. She has never lived with other animals or children, so we are unsure how she would do with either. *Frannie has a medical condition that requires her to take daily meds 2x daily. She take this medication well in her food. Petunia came in to rescue as part of relocation of outdoor cats when they were no longer welcome on the property. Some of these cats were social cats that had previously lived in a home. Most were scared and just needed time to come around. Petunia was one of those cats. She is still scared with sudden movements but will seek attention when she feels safe. She would do best in a home with a predictable routine and another friendly cat to help build her confidence and show her the way. She will make a great companion for the right person who wants to give a cat a chance at living a safe and loved life. Her adoption fee is $225.00 + tax. Anna came to rescue as a group of 4 house mates from a home where they were living with multiple cats. Their owner reached out for rescue help when she became overwhelmed with the number of cats in her home. These kittens were taken into rescue and help was provided to spay/neuter the remaining cats in the home. *Please remember to share with friends and family how important spay or neutering our pets is! They all enjoy each other's companionship. They are sweet and playful. They enjoy interacting with people once they feel safe.
