Story
Hello! My name is Puma! I’m a 13 year old cat who has become very sweet in my senior years and just want cuddles and someone to be around. I’ve gotten along with a dog and a cat for almost my entire life. I have been around a baby but have found I’m more suited for adults or older children that can respect my boundaries. I am fully litter box trained and no health issues! I would love to spend the rest of my years with someone who can give me the attention and snuggles I crave!

Story
Pumpkin was adopted as a kitten from the Monterey County ASPCA, and has been a wonderful pet and companion. As she has gotten older, she has become less active and is happiest when she is curled up on a couch, warm lap, or comfy bed. She loves to snuggle and be the center of attention. Pumpkin has lived with dogs most of her life, but has not had any exposure to kids. She needs a quiet home and would do best as the queen of the house. She is slightly overweight, but has been seeing her vet regularly. She has no other medical conditions.

Story
Boone is a cat that has been living as a stray in my neighborhood I trapped him about 2 months ago. I had him viral tested and unfortunately he is FIV positive so he needs to be a indoor cat and be with other FIV positive cats or an only cat. He is neutered and has been vaccinated he is still struggling to adjust to being unable to roam. He has been good about using his litter box. I would keep him longer to get him more socialized but I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and not sure what I am facing and can’t ask my husband to take care of all our pets and him too. Please let me know if you want to come meet him

Story
Ghost is a 3.5 year old all black female cat (one tiny white spot on her chest). She is a small-medium kitty with short hair. She’s up to date on shots. Ghost was adopted from Pet Smarts rescue program at about 4 months old, along with two other cats. She’s lived with our family, which consists of three kids, two adults, three other cats and two dogs since August 2016. She is very scared of the dogs and spends most of her days hiding from them and us. We’ve done what we can to try to make life easier for her but we’ve come to realize she really needs to be in a home with no dogs. She’s just too afraid of them. Our kids are 14,11 and 8. She seems to like the older calmer kids. She would do best in a home that is quiet where she is the only pet, or where there are only cats and no small children. She’s a beautiful cat and very sweet when she’s not hiding from the dogs. We are sad to reach this point but we realize hiding out all day and night isn’t giving her much quality of life.

Story
Sissy is a skittish girl that needs a calm, preferably pet and kid free home. She tends to stay under the best most of the time due to being afraid of just about everything. She is approximately 6 years old, indoor/outdoor trained. She is being re-homed due to her fear of the home she is currently in. She currently lives in a home with another cat and small dog as well as children so we know that she is tolerable with them but I feel she would flourish in a calm and quiet environment. At night, she gets on the bed for pets and cuddles but besides then, she is a hider.

Story
Bella is a sweetheart and a lover. We recently relocated and have a demanding work schedule and are not able to give her the time needed. She is unhappy in our current household and we are unable to keep her anymore. She would be great for an experienced cat person and someone who can give her the one on one attention she needs.
