Story
Meet Tess, this little lady is such a sweet cuddle bug. Her most favorite thing in the world is a large soft bed to snuggle up in. She claimed the largest bed in her fosters home and whenever she is not hanging out with the other dogs in the home they can always find her snoozing in her bed. Tess is currently in a foster home with other dogs, large and small and also a cat and she does great with everyone. If you are searching for a well behaved little companion to snuggle up with at the end of every day look no further! Tess is your girl. If you think you may be the perfect family for Tess and you are interested in learning more and speaking with her adoption coordinator and foster family please fill out an application at www.caretx.org/adopt. This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted. The adoption fee of $850 covers spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and air transport. Please email Emily at adoptions@caretx.org if you have any question. * CARE rescue is in San Antonio, TX where we have a serious pet overpopulation situation. Story
Meet Chevy! This little guy came to CARE from a rural shelter in a place called Goliad, TX. He is a quiet well behaved 6 month old little pup who is very happy about having a future with a loving forever family! We arent quite sure of Chevy's breed mix but we think he may have some Dachshund in the mix because of his long body and short legs. Since coming to us Chevy has been in a forever home with his brother Rocket and a few playmates and he is settling in very well with family life. Out of both brothers Chevy is the most outgoing one. He loves getting human attention and cuddles. If you think you may be the perfect forever family for Chevy please contact us! To find out more information on this dog please apply to adopt on our website at http://www.caretx.org/adopt and CARE will be in touch with you ASAP! Story
We adopted Jax at 5 months old from a shelter almost 11 years ago. He is a very active and loving boy who needs lots of blankets to burrow under. He is very attached to Nibbler and we feel that separating them would be too hard on them, so we hope that they can remain together. They both need a loving home where they can run and play.

Meet Red! He is a 5 year old dauschund that is in need of some serious TLC! He was part of cruelty seizure and when I got him he was covered in poop! His ears and his whole body and tail looked like someone had just rubbed it all over him. He is a very sweet dog, good with kids, cats and dogs. He appears to be housebroken and is crate trained. Please fill out an application on my website!

Story
** FOSTER OR ADOPTION ** Meet Dusty he is a 7 years old Doxie/Chi he has a sister named cinnamon. Dusty looks out for his sister and would like to stay with her. Dusty is good with other dogs but has food aggression so that needs worked with. Dusty needs lil leash training and Matt need potty training refreshing, we don't anticipate this will take long as they are eager to please. Dusty enjoys riding in the car and cuddling. We are looking for a foster home or adopter. Whoever gets there precious dogs will be blessed. 🐾Disclaimer Often with rescue surrenders we are not told much about the dogs we take in and we want you to understand that they may have issues that we are unaware of. We do our very best to ensure we are placing them in homes they will fit in. They maybe afraid, not potty trained, or leash trained, may need time to adjust, give cuddles etc but one thing we know is that they are needing a home in which they can feel safe and loved and in return they will do the same. If interested in adopting please fill out the application and for fostering please message us seattledogs@hotmail.com Seattle Dogs/Seattle Dogs Homeless Program is a 501c3 that helps both homeless and surrendered dogs find loving homes. Adoption fees go to support vetting and anything left over transfers to another pet in need.
