Story
I adopted Max outside a shelter from someone that was surrendering him along with another dog. We wanted a second dog so that our Sadie would have a companion. Max needs to stay busy and is very loving. When he gets board he tends to destroy things. My husband and I both work and neither one of us have the time he demands to keep him happy. He doesn’t mind being in his crate but gets anxious if he’s in there to long. Max was neutered at Banfield pet Hospital he is aalso up to date on his shots through Banfield.

Story
Mia is a rescue dog from another familyin Erie. I have had her for about 3 years. She is ll years old. She is a beautiful dog but very cantankerous. That is why I took her. I have two other chihuahuas. Mia gets along with them, but she mostly just wants to be left alone. I find it very stressful to do anything with her. Bath, groom, clip her nails, love on her. It took her a good month to attach to me when I first took her. She finally attached and would get up in my lap and allow me to pet and love on her, but only on her terms. When she gets upset or mad, or just wants to designate her territory, she wets on the floor. She is very good with a doggie door, crate confinement. She is an extremely smart dog and I wish I had adopted her when she was young. I simply dont have the ability to deal with her temperment or care anymore. I am 75. She is due for her rabies vaccine, I just have not been able to drive and take her there. Would be better as a loner pet.
