Story
Bonded pair Malu (8) and Atticus (10), one female, one male, came in to rescue as the result of a divorce. They are located in Michigan and we will only place them as a pair since they are bonded and one is dependent on the other. Although they have not lived with cats, we think one would be fine, and one would need a supervised introduction.

Story
Cashew is a senior Weim who has come to GLWR when he owner was no longer able to care for her. Due to her age, Cashew would prefer a quieter home. She would do fine as an only dog, or with companions. Cashew would love to be allowed to sleep in bed with her new owner! Her age is an estimate, she could be as young as 8 or as old as 12. She still enjoys a daily stroll, and would love to be with someone to stop and smell the roses with! Cashew is being fostered in IL.
We'll also keep you updated on Atticus's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Thira is a 7 year old, female, blue Weimaraner being fostered in Madison, WI. She is an active girl who loves to run, play, swim, and be with her people. Thira is very fit, strong, knows several commands, and walks well on a leash. She can be a bit bold and rambunctious playing, therefore would be better in a home without children. There free-roams during the day and does not need to be crated. If you are looking for an athletic dog that can keep up with you, then look no further!
