LAWRENCEVILLE, GA This sweet little girl's name is Sassy. She is now about 7 or 9 months old. She was tied up at a trailer park and when she was only about 2 or 3 months old with no shelter. Tied to the back of the trailer. We were able to convince the owner to let us have her and he disnsurrenser her to us. Sassy is a little 20.lbs mix. Since she is not a pure breed and also black, she is getting extremely overlooked. Which shouldn't the case because she is a fantastic dog. She is playful, energetic and loves other dogs. She does get along with cats too. She is crate trained but needs to learn to be fully house broken. She snuggles and is very entertaining. Very treat motivated and just fun to be around. If you can get over the BLACK DOG SYNDROME give this amazing girl a chance. Please send us a message in order to receive an application. IMPORTANT: Sassy is located in Atlanta, GA. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Georgia. We do NOT have a shelter in MA but have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. Since a meet and greet is not possible prior to adoption, our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent once your application is submitted. Sassy's adoption fee is $ 425 which includes transport cost, all vaccines, heartworm test, spay and micro chip. OUR ADOPTION FEES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE!!!!

Hi! My name is Sky! I'm 8 years old and my 13 lb. I love to be held and petted. I get along well with other dogs but I'm not really interested in playing with them. I have a submissive temperament. I do not have any food or toy aggression. I am house trained if taken out regularly. I enjoy being outside and am pretty good about staying in the yard. I come when I'm called. I have a low to medium energy level. I do bark at strangers coming into the house, but once they are in, I'm happy to come up and give them a sniff and a tail wag. I ride well in the car. I'm ready and waiting for my new home, but will not be adopted into a home with young children because I'm so small.

This is Milo.... we witnessed how a yellow car stopped at an on-ramp on I85 South and let him out of the car and drove off... it was either chase them down or save this dog on a busy highway. Well it was easy... he was first a bit hesitant and clearly confused but once I sat down on the ground he came up and was a happy puppy. He rode shot gun for the rest of the work day and is now settling in at the paws and Stars house. MILO appears to be a 1 year old black mouth Cur dog. He does well with other dogs and people, clearly loves kids and is an amazing co-pilot. IMPORTANT: MIlo is located in GA!!! We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Georgia. We do NOT have a shelter in MA but have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families.
