Hi! My name is Tucker! Please read my bio below! Weight and Age: I am 75 pounds and am approximately 2 years old. Background: I was pulled by the rescue from a kill shelter here in Houston after several of the volunteers had seen a posting on the shelter site asking for a rescue to commit to me. I had been picked up by animal control and I am now in a loving foster home with another dog and am loving it! Medical Status: I will be neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on shots, and current on heartworm and flea preventatives. I have no other health issues and am heart worm negative. YAY! Activity level: I am pretty active since I'm still young and love to play with my friends (human and dog alike)! Potty Training/Crate Training: I am crate trained and learning potty training from my foster mom! Other Animals: Loves other dogs but vocalizes when playing so if another dog is reactive they may not like him. Not a fan of cats. Special Needs: I was very skinny when I was found and can have some food aggression with bones and my food bowl. I'm fine when my foster mom is near my bowl but I don't like it when another dog comes close so I eat in my kennel and then there's no problem! Meet these smiley boys! Ranger and his brother Rollo came to us as strays and are ready to find the PAW-fect home! They are a bit shy but love anyone with a handful of treats. They both do amazing walks and love to be with his humans. Ranger also loves playing with his tennis ball, while Rollo loves his squeaker toys. These loveable boys are a year old and still have all that playful puppy energy. These love bugs are still working on being well mannered pups. Their adoption fee is $300 each. They are neutered, microchipped, flea treated, de-wormed and currently on a vaccine schedule. Story
Max has endless energy. He is content being a bum on the couch and has never chewed my things, but he would much rather be on a walk or playing tug. I adopted him from the Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County about 18 months ago. He was found as a stray in South Tacoma before being brought into the Humane Society. He is estimated to be 5 or 6 years old. Max is extremely food-motivated and is known to drool when something tasty is near. He is a mutt, with maybe pit bull and lab in him. His vet says his blue eye still works a little, and it doesn't slow him down at all. Sometimes he gets allergies and gets a red, itchy belly, though over the counter allergy medication helps. Max will get anxious in a car, but he has never gotten car sick. He is super friendly to people and other dogs. He would thrive with an experienced owner and/or an alpha dog sibling. A family with kids to give him lots of attention would be perfect. Ideally you have a lot of space in your home or a yard.

Finn was a shelter dog for his young life, and the shelter was quite abusive. He has a huge heart, but a fear of water. He will eat anything he can find, but will then immediately come sit with you for the night.
