Story
Adoption Fee: $150.00 DaisyAnn is a playful, happy little girl that weighs about 12 pounds and is around 13 years old.  DaisyAnn was a stray, and because of that, we don't know much about her past.  She does have trust issues, but once she gets to know her human, she will want to be close by all the time.  She loves to go for walks and rides and is very smart and sassy. Daisy is blind from mature cataracts, but that doesn't slow her down much.  She sees light and shadow so she'll trot around following you.  There is a possibility she may be a candidate for cataract surgery (we have not had her evaluated for surgery), so perhaps there is a family somewhere that may what to adopt her and help her with eye surgery!     DaisyAnn is not house-trained, and while she will potty outside when taken out, she will relieve herself again when she comes back inside. She is trying to work on house manners!  DaisyAnn is a loving ball of fluffy fur and is waiting for her forever home.   She being fostered in Largo, FL until her forever family takes her home!     Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.   To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.   NOTE: SCMR DOES NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences. You can help make a difference one dog at a time. If you would like to sponsor one of our babies, we accept online donations via PayPal or send a check to us at P.O. Box 2005, Chattanooga, TN 37409. We thank you for whatever you can help us with. Any donation is appreciated and is tax deductible as we are a qualified non-profit 501(c)3 organization.    All our males are sent with BELLY BANDS!    for a one time Donation that goes direct to SCMR please go to our paypal link:

Story
Adoption Fee: $150.00   Buster is a very sweet, fun and loving fella.  He is about 11 years old and weighs around 15 pounds.  Buster has a peach of a personality and is so precious! He came to SCMR when his human was no longer able to care for him.   Buster is great on a leash, has lots of energy and is always ready to entertain.    He is not fully house trained.  He will go outside if taken out frequently but will have accidents inside.  He also is a barker, so if that would be a concern for neighbors, then he would not be the right fit.   Buster has Cushings disease and is on two medications daily.  He's doing great....always a great big goofy grin!     Buster is being fostered in Largo, FL enjoying the sun and fun until his forever family picks him up! Story
This is Trevor! Trevor is a sweet, playful small guy looking to start a new life. Trevor had a difficult life before the SPCA so he's looking for a home where he can have fun and get all the love. He seems to like other dogs but he's very enthusiastic when meeting them which might overwhelm some dogs even though he means well. He will need some help when it comes to basic manners but we know he'd be a great companion for someone looking for a full of life, spunky dog who will always stick by your side. Come meet Trevor today!

Story
Adoption Fee: $200.00 Simba is a 5 year old force of nature! We think he may be a mix, with what we're not sure, but with something cute!!  He has lots of energy so will need a home where he has a fenced yard and can run and play. He's 9 pounds of enthusiasm and likes to spin for fun!  Simba does NOT like cats, so no applicants with kitties, please. He is sweet and lovable until you try to make him do something he doesn't want to do, he will snap and possibly bite.  He will need an EXPERIENCED parent that will be able to work with him and understand his triggers.  When Simba gets excited, he likes to bark, so he needs a home where barking is no problem for neighbors, and it would be great if he could get some training for better manners. Mostly he likes to play with his toys and chase them around...not much of a cuddler...yet!  He's good on a leash, has been chipped and has been fully vetted. Mr. excitement is waiting in Largo, FL, for his forever family.   For potential applicants that are 68+, please read SCMR's policy for our Senior for Senior adoption program, that link is http://scmradoption.com/seniors.htm       Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.   To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.   NOTE: SCMR DOES NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences.
