Story
Sassy has a sweet loving disposition. She was a rescue from dog pound. She is great to live with, doesn't get in trash, completely housebroken, will eat treats in assigned area. Only gets on furniture if invited. She loves attention but will go lay down if told. She is protective and has a big bark. The only time she barks is if someone knocks on door or otherwise approaches the home. She is great with children. She chases cats and squirrels. She loves people and will want to be with you. She loves dogs. Fun to take on walks. We have done 2 miles many days. When doing hilly areas she will help pull you uphill. She loves being outdoors and loves taking naps. She is from AZ so this is her first year in NW. When I got her I had home with fenced yard. Now live in apt. She does not crate and will try to get out if locked alone in home. Would need to be left in yard. She is good in car, will wait for you. She would be great for a family, active couple or a guy that would bring her along.

Hi, I'm Daisy! I'm a beautiful lab mix, but a low rider. I always have my nose to the ground so maybe I am crossed with Basset Hound? Who knows! I do need lots of exercise and I'm pretty independent. I am dog selective so if you have a pooch currently you need to keep this in mind. I'd like to be the queen in the house please.

Romeo would do best in an active home where running, hiking or long walks are on the daily schedule. Because of his energy we are asking for a home without young children because he could knock them down. Romeo has met other large, mellow dogs and he has done well. A meet and greet will be required with any resident dogs of potential fosters and no cats for Romeo. Romeo is crate trained and eager to learn. He is not suited for apartment living.
