Story
Foster or adopter needed (Mission Viejo) 4 year old Emi's owner passed away in December. Since then he has been living in the garage of a family member. Emi hasn't had any formal training, hasn't been taught how to walk on a leash and may or may not be house trained, which is why a foster home that has time to work with her would probably be best. She is desperately in need of a good bath and groom. Emi is good with reportedly good with other dogs. Adoption Fee:  $300 Spayed and Vaccinated If you can help Emi, pl ease complete a foster application at http://jackrussellrescueca.org/foster/.  Adoption Application  http://jackrussellrescueca.org/adopt/ You can also contact Kathy at jrussellrescueca@gmail.com

Story
Frosty came into our rescue after he and his sister were dropped over a fence at a ranch in Southern Ca.  He was thought to be a large Jack Russell Terrier puppy.  Once in foster we immediately realized that he wasn't like most JRT puppies..  He was a bit more gentle, a bit more quiet and a bit more well bigger..  We don't really know what breed Frosty is but this we do know; Frosty is super cute, good natured, happy and playful.  He likes all other dogs does a fair job playing ball.  Frosty is cuddly and very puppy playful! If you are interested in meeting Frosty please contact Kathy at jrussellrescueca@gmail.com. Frosty is up to date on his vaccinations and neutered. Adoption Fee:  $250 Please complete an adoption application at www.jackrussellrescueca.org/adopt/

Story
Do you want a little buddy?  Jane's the pup for you.  Jane will sit with you, cuddle with you, and go wherever you go if you let her.  She likes walks, short or long, and outings in the car, but is also content to just hang out at home with you.  She sleeps all night, goes potty outside, and eats well.  She's not much of a barker (maybe because she's deaf, which otherwise doesn't seem like an issue).  She doesn't beg, and she doesn't dig, or try to escape.  But no one's perfect, right?  Jane has some special needs.  Jane is a terrier.  She's feisty, strong-willed, and assertive.  She gets along with a lot of dogs, but not all.  She is very protective and would be best in a home that doesn't have a lot of people coming and going.  She would not be a match with little kids.  She'd be best with someone who understands the breed or is willing to learn, be patient with her, and accept her limitations.  (She's not a take to brunch pooch.)  She will be the bestest friend for the right person.  History Found abandoned in a ravine between two freeways!  Jane's been in foster care for a long time with a family who loves her, but can't continue to foster. Health Jane is up to date on her shots.  She's microchipped, spayed, and just had a full dental.   COURTESY POSTING: Contact: dreamteam@dreamfetchers.org Foster Mom - Maura 949-633-3818
