Angel is a four year old (hearing) female Siberian Husky who has one blue eye and one brown eye. This stunning girl was rescued from a local shelter and was completely depressed and shut down while she was there. She is a very happy girl now that she has no worries, and her smile lights up a room! She is being professionally trained using positive reinforcement methods, and will be ready to find a home of her own very soon! Angel is a courtesy listing for Peace4Animals. Story
Wendy is an incredibly sweet 4-year-old spayed girl who loves her people. We've had her since she was 8-weeks-old and has been provided a great life-high quality food, daily walks, warm bed, outdoor access through a doggie door, and lots of love and belly rubs. She's up to date on vaccines and is microchipped. She's always been a bit insecure and anxious, but will cuddle with you 24/7 if you let her. She does fine with our big lab/shepherd mix, but we recently learned she has a strong prey drive so she cannot be in a home with other small animals, even small dogs. While she has never shown any aggression toward people of any age, including children, the prey drive could be a problem around a very small child, so it is best for her not to be in a home with an infant. We are devastated to have to rehome Wendy, but we recently welcomed a service dog in training into our home and we learned about her prey drive. Due to a medical condition, we need to keep the service dog.
