Chispa was abandoned from the first owner when he was just 5 months old. He was so afraid of everything. He is ten months now. We wish we can keep him but our landlord allows just 1 dog. We already have a 5 years old english bulldog. He's lovely and he loves to play with our bulldog. He loves to run.

Story

Jenny is a small, 3 year old lady dog who is very sweet, but has run into some tough luck. She was taken to the Pasadena Humane Society by her owner with her eye bloody and injured. The other dog in the home had attacked Jenny and taken out her eye. Little Jenny ended up at the Humane Society not only alone and scared, but with a severely injured face and her eye gone. It did not dim her spirits, however, and Jenny is now with us and her eye is healed. We may decide to have the eye closed depending on the veterinarian's final word, but Jenny is ready for her Forever Home. Jenny would love to be the only doggy, but she does get along with other same sized or smaller dogs. Jenny weighs about 8 pounds. Jenny does not like cats and will chase them. She enjoys people of all ages. Sweet Jenny can be met at our Arcadia location. Adoption donation: $250. All of our animals are fixed, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Cats are negative for feline leukemia/fiv unless otherwise stated. Many of our pets can be seen at our adoption fairs. She is about 3 years old and was an owner surrender because her owner was unable to pay the apartment fees to keep her. Lola is actively playing with the other small dogs and pups. Lola will do best in a home with another small, same aged or just younger dog, about the same size who will play with her. Lola is very tame and docile. She would love a quiet, loving Forever Home with a doggy companion. She enjoys being a lapdog and will also play with small toys. Lola is a n awesome doggy! Adoption Donation: $250. Meet Duke! A beautiful 7mo old shepherd mix roughly 30 lbs. Duke is super sweet, loving and not a barker. He LOVESSSS all other dogs. Not an ounce of aggression, Duke is super gentle and great with kids. He is a little shy at first and doesn't like loud noises. It may take him a little to warm up as he gets scared easily. Poor Duke was rescued from horrible conditions in Mexico and is looking for a patient family to spend time and earn his trust. Duke is an absolute sweetheart and just wants to cuddle and be loved.
