You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Andi Johnson (ajohnson451@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Well, hey everyone! My name is Grace and I’m not quite 12 years old. I am calm, easy going, and love snuggles and to kiss you. My tongue doesn’t always fit into my mouth, and my foster mom keeps saying how seriously adorable I am. She thinks my eyes can get me anything, so she gives me lots of treats, and peanut butter in my kongs. They’re my favorite.   I’m HW+ like my brother, but due to my age, the humans that love and care about me think its better for my body to not undergo the treatment for the worms. I’m cool with that, because they don’t even effect me, and I’d rather remain as healthy as possible for whatever time I have left!   I am awesome around cats, kids, other dogs, and anything else. I’m basically an angel and I hope our new home will show up soon - I can’t wait to get cozy and comfortable with my new family soon!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Little Miss Bailey must be an only dogMeet Bailey! Bailey was turned in by her family because they were “done with her”. She had reportedly nipped at a child over food. RCBR couldn’t let her retirement years be spent at a shelter or in jeopardy of being euthanized. She is good with cats but does not seem to care for most dogs. She is a nice petite 48 pounds and full of 48pounds of love to give you! She loves to wag her tail in happiness and likes to play wrestle if you will wrestle with her. She enjoys going for daily walks and loves to take naps and get gently body massages. She has some medical concerns including probably cancerous lumps (one on her ankle and one on her lip). Because of her age and because she had a couple short 10 second episodes of collapse, we believe it is not in her best interest to go through under anesthesia. She is a true doll and deserves the perfect furever home. We don’t know if she will have 6 months for 3 years but we know she will love you completely if you welcome her into your home.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Grant would possibly be okay with another female but is reactive to the male in the foster home. Also, very curious ... a little too curious ... about the cat in the house.Hi everyone! My name is Grant, and I’m 8 years old! I’m deaf, but that small little detail only makes me more awesome! I’m a fantastic listener of body language, and vibration. I can sit, and I do so pretty dang well, just by seeing you hold up your hand! My sister Grace helps me too, and when I’m snoozing away and someone comes into the room, she doesn’t let me sleep through anything! She wakes me up by nudging me, or barking like a maniac in my face!    I’m heartworm positive, but at the very beginning of treatment, and I’m going to be just fine in a few months. The main thing right now is I can’t go for runs or play too hard.   I’m really curious with cats, and sometimes my foster mom is a little nervous when her kitten walks into my space. I think it’s better for me to be in a home with no kittens, or a cat that stands his ground with me, and can have space to roam where I’m not allowed.   I LOVE to play. I live for peanut butter kong treats, and I have so much attention and affection to give. I hope someone out there really wants to give me  a good home - we’re so lovable and we would make your family SO happy! He is very social and gets along with other dogs.  He is heartworm positive but is currently under going treatment for this.  When he is through with his treatment he can be neutered and will be good as new. He is going to be a great dog for the right family.___________________________________________________GORDAN is a 10 year old boxer/pit mix who is unfortunately heartworm positive. Gordan was found as a stray and never reclaimed. He is very friendly with people, and has plenty of energy and life to give for being a senior! He loved getting treats during his photo shoot. We tried to dress him up to show off the dapper boy he is! Please consider giving this sweet guy a home. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Oh I’s loves to be with her. I’s loves to sit next to hers and get my belly rubbed! She tells me that I’s a good good boy. She taught me to takes treats nice, even though I get really excited when I’s sees food! You sees, I was very lonely and walking the streets by myselfs for a whiles. Then these wonderfuls peoples came and brought me to their homes.  Now my foster momma says I’m sicks because I got these nasty worms in my heart. But she says not to worries, that pretty soon I will feels much better! I can’ts wait for that to happen so I’s can go for walks with my foster fur brothers! I’s wants to play so bad but my foster momma says I’s have to lay low for a whiles.  Untils then I’s will just have to settle for kissing and rubbings from my foster momma! _________________________________________________________Hey there, I'm George. Let me tell you a little bit about myself according to what my foster family has said about me.I am a good boy! I am housetrained and crate-trained. I sleep all night in my crate and have not had any accidents in the house. I will stand by the door when I need to go outside to potty, so keep your eye on me. I am giving you a signal. I love my food and treats. Anything will do for me, I am not fussy. I eat fast right now because I was not given enough food in the past and I think I need to gobble it up as fast as possible. But maybe that will change when I put some weight on and know someone will feed me regularly. I will sit patiently for a treat, but might try to grab it quickly from you before it disappears.I walk nice on a leash too.Thunder doesn't bother me, but I don't like rain.Mostly I just want to be next to my humans so they can easily pet me and rub my belly.Would you like to be the one to do that?Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
Rose is estimated to be about 15 years old but she certainly doesn't act her age. She is very active and enjoys walks (in nice weather) and loves car rides. Rose is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and is in very good health. She is very affectionate and enjoys tummy rubs and sitting close to people she knows and loves. Rose has had a tough life, she has been abandoned a few times and was probably abused as well, so she has trust issues. Once she loves and respects you she is great! She will need a very quiet home with loving adults (no children) who will respect her. Rose would do well with another small dog who is not dominant. Rose has some special needs due to her abusive and neglectful past so she needs a special person to spend the rest of her life with. That person will certainly reap the benefits of having a very loyal, loving and protective friend. (CS)
