Story
We are trying to re-home our 6 year old sweet loving pitbull. We rescued her in 2015 before we had kids. She's house trained, loves being outside in the sun and is super laid back. She is very low maintenance! She would do best in a home without young children and without other cats/dogs. Unfortunately, it has become extremely stressful keeping her since our daughter has become a toddler. We also have another baby on the way. We only want what is best for our family and for this sweet pup. She is very well taken care of! Please contact me to hear more about her!

El Lago, TX
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Gracie was abandoned and found by Lakeview police. She had just finished nursing a litter. She stayed in police kennel for three weeks as the police and EL Lago city volunteers loved her so much, we couldn't send her to animal control. She is now fostered by an EL Lago volunteer and a few of us rotate walking her and taking her to work with us and to the dog park. She does well with other dogs at dog park, but is protective of her owner if other dogs seem aggressive. She is patient and adores children. She walks well on leash and sits while strangers pet her. She also rides well in vehicles. She is very gentle and becoming very socialized. She was a little shy at first like a dog that may have been raised in a kennel. She kennels perfectly when needed. We have an application that would need to be completed before a "meet and greet" she is very special to all of us and needs a loving home, preferably as an only dog. She weighs about 95ish and is spayed and completely vetted.

Ivy is the offspring of two of our current dogs. She was given to a family when she was 11 weeks old. In April the family asked us if we could keep her until they got settled into their new house. They are now unable to take her and we are not allowed to have more than 2 dogs. She is a loving dog. She loves playing with other dogs and is great with kids. She needs a good home with a place that she can run and play.

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Chloe was rescued from shelter in 01/2014. She was estimated to be approximately 1-2 years old at the time. I was married at time of adoption with young children excited to care for a pet. Chloe has always been house trained. She is an inside dog. She is not a barker and eager to greet visitors. She is graying in certain areas of her body. Gets along great with children and other dogs. After divorce and being single I work long 15 hour days, leaving her alone for extended periods of time. Between work and childrens activities we are rarely home to give any attention to her. She is a great dog, just wants attention and love that we are unable to provide. She deserves a good family that can give her the attention she deserves. I have two children with chronic medical issues which is difficult to keep up with the expenses of medical care for my children as a single income parent. I am unable to afford proper veterinary care for Chloe.

Seabrook, TX
Size

Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
Maui is 2 and 1/2 years old and the most affectionate dog to her humans. We have had her since she was 3 months old, and she been a good friend to our other female rescue Pitbull. Unfortunately, as she has gotten older, she has begun to show food and toy anxiety and aggression towards our 2 senior pugs. We will be sad to lose her, but we feel she will be able to live with less anxiety in a home without small animals.
