APOLLO is an approximately 2 year old, 65lb neutered American Staffordshire Terrier (AmStaff) mix.  He is heartworm negative and up to date on all his vaccinations.  He is a sweet, goofy guy looking for a forever family. APOLLO is crate and house-trained and walks well on a leash.  He is people friendly and dog friendly with proper introductions.  He is energetic and would be best in a home with older children and/or a fur-sibling.  He enjoys squeaky toys, treats and cuddling on the sofa or bed watching TV. If you have any questions, please contact hhfrescue@gmail.com.  If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application at www.hhfrescue.org.  Thank you for considering a rescued dog!The adoption fee includes vaccinations, bordetella, deworming, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip, a lifetime registration of the microchip, and sales tax. If adopting a puppy, the rabies and spay/neuter will be done at the same time by our vet once they are 4 months old and billed to us. Story
Meg is such a sweet girl, she adores hanging out with people, playing fetch, napping in the sun, treats and a good belly rub!  She's a good car rider, has been through basic obedience training, is crate trained and is waiting so patiently for a home so that she doesn't have to live at a boarding kennel. If you are interested in Meg and would like to fill out a Dog Adoption Application, please go to: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/dog-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt from us but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application, email us at hope@homelesspets.net  and a volunteer will get back to you.

+++++++++++COURTESY POST+++++++++ **Maddox is currently being fostered in HOUSTON, TX. He is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. His adoption fee is $495 for non-local adopters, which covers his transport to his new family. He is fully vetted, neutered and microchipped.** Well hello there! I&#39m Maddox and I&#39m pleased to meet you. I must say, I consider myself to be a &#34lucky dog&#34. One day, I&#39m wandering the streets of Houston, without a home, and the next I know, I&#39m in a very nice home, with a lady who promised me that she will find me a forever home. Luck just seems to follow me and I&#39d be happy to bring that luck to your life, too. I&#39m 55 lbs and 2 yrs. old. I&#39m house-trained, getting used to the crate--not my favorite activity, and energetic. I&#39m working on my obedience training and have caught on to a couple commands very quickly. In fact, right now, I&#39m being fostered by a very good professional trainer, so you know I&#39m learning every day. They tell me I&#39m a quick study. I like people. Sometimes I like to take a little time to get to know people, but I&#39m definitely a people-oriented guy. I also like car rides, because that&#39s a bit of an adventure, too. I am good with other dogs, but I do appreciate a proper introduction. If you are looking for a fun, energetic, active dog, who enjoys taking walks, wouldn&#39t mind learning how to be a running partner, and enjoys a little chill time, I just may be your guy! I&#39m fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and have received a clean bill of health. If you&#39d like to meet me, please contact info@wagsfundrescue.com to set up a meet and greet. Thanks. Maddox is available for adoption thru the WAGS Fund Rescue Group. Please email info@wagsfundrescue.com to set up a meet and greet! +++This pet is being posted as a courtesy to another group or individual. This pet is not part of the Joyrides adoption program. All adoption paperwork will be handled directly with the party listed in the bio.+++

Story
Hello there! My name is Anita. I am a 3 1/2 year old, Black Lab/Shar Pei mix. I am a very sweet girl who loves anything FOOD. Since I love to eat I am also a very strong girl. I am learning not to pull when I walk, but as of now my foster mommy says I need an owner just as strong as I am. I would do best in a home as the only pet since I do not get along with most dogs. I am crate trained and house broken. If you're an active person looking for a running companion or just someone to hang out with I am your girl! If you are interested in meeting Anita, please apply at www.hhfrescue.org. The adoption fee includes vaccinations, bordetella, deworming, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip, a lifetime registration of the microchip, and sales tax. If adopting a puppy, the rabies and spay/neuter will be done at the same time by our vet once they are 4 months old and billed to us. Lady Gaga is a beautiful soul. Loves people and other dogs. She does play rough with other dogs. Loves car rides, walks, hanging around the house with her people, playing outside with her dog friends and chewing in her chew toys. She is overall a beautiful, amazing girl!!The adoption fee includes vaccinations, bordetella, deworming, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip, a lifetime registration of the microchip, and sales tax. If adopting a puppy, the rabies and spay/neuter will be done at the same time by our vet once they are 4 months old and billed to us.
