Story
We got Beau when he was only 12 weeks old from a local family who had puppies. His birthday is 12/10/16 so he is just over 3 years old now. He is full of energy so he will need a family that has time to play and get him plenty of exercise. We had been able to send him to a doggie daycare and he loved it. He gets along great with other animals and has done wonderful with our now one year old son. Beau has separation anxiety and has not done well staying at home alone, and can be destructive. We are looking for a place that has a nice big yard for him to run around and play in while his owners are away. We are devastated to have to re-home Beau, but we know it is the best thing for everyone.

Story
Rocky is a failed foster that my mother and I have had since he was just 5 weeks old. He is now seven and a very sweet loving boy. However he is a very nervous and high anxiety dog who needs lots of love and attention. I am a college student in a one bedroom apartment and can no longer give him the care and love that he requires. The constant noise and people around the apartment building is very stressful for him. He is great with kids and loves/needs big fields to run in. I am hoping to find him a caring and patient home that will be able to care and give him the security that he needs to thrive and be his happy loving self.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I am Rocket! My friends call me Rocket Man because I love to run around and play with toys. (Check out my videos!)  I like most other dogs and would love to have a confident dog in my new home to help me with my confidence. If you are looking for a fun loving, funny guy to make you laugh I am your guy!  I am good around cats too.  I can be a little nervous and startle easily around kids so I should not have kids in my new home.  I walk a little funny on my back legs, but I was born that way and it really doesn't slow me down but it does cause some incontinence.  A physical fenced in yard is required. Rocket is looking for that special family that can help him build his confidence and understand his special needs.  If you are that family, please submit an adoption application at www.adopthope.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Axel is a real spitfire! Axel loves to play with other dogs, so a forever home with another medium to large playful dog would be wonderful! Axel has done very well in his foster home working on potty and kennel training, he really loves to be around people so would ideally like a home where he isn't home alone too many hours a day and has someone that loves to play fetch with him. Axel will need a dog savvy owner who can continue to work with him, he’s super smart and loves to please but needs guidance as he is still a young guy     If you are interested in meeting Axel, please visit our website and complete an adoption application for consideration.  Last Hope dogs must be kept as indoor dogs only and on year round heart worm preventative.  Our adoption process includes vet and personal reference checks and a home visit.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Zelda, and I'm looking for my forever family!  I am a young female German Shepherd mix, I know basic commands like "sit" and few fun ones like "left" and "right", but I would love to meet a new family that has dog experience and can work with me on learning even more commands.  I am looking for a family with a fenced in yard, I don't mind older kids (12 years and older) and I think I might be okay with one other dog, but I do like to be the dog in charge and get all the attention  -haha.  I'm not a big fan of riding in the car so crating me is how I prefer to travel, so my new family should really like to go for walks to help me get some exercise. If you're interested in meeting Zelda, please complete an adoption application at www.adopthope.org.  All of our pets need to be kept as indoor pets, and we do require a home visit as part of the adoption process.Landlord (if applicable), vet, and personal references will be called.  The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
