Story
Hoola, is a sweet, snuggly, spunky little pup. She was rescued from Genesee County Animal Control and is looking for her furever home. She gets along with cats very well, and plays with her dog friends well too, although she would do best in a home with a larger male dog or a passive female dog. Hoola knows how to sit, Shake, lay down, and is house trained. Her favorite activities include, running around, giving kisses and snuggles, rolling around on her back and making funny faces, along with getting cookies. Hoola is an absolute lover and deserves a great family to snuggle with her and play with her. A family with a yard is preferable but not required.

Story
Sammy is a sweet boy! He is great with small kids and is house trained. He is in need of an owner that has time for him and preferably someone who has experience with dogs/ pit mixes. He is only 10 months old (he has lots of energy) and we are rehoming due to a move. We are hoping to find a loving forever home for Sammy!

Story
Cooper is 5 years old, about 70 lbs, we were told he's a Black Mouth Cur/Gordon Setter/Shepherd mix and he is neutered. He typically has a calm temperament but still loves to play! He loves being outside as long as someone is with him; he loves being around people. Cooper is a sweet, loving dog and a great companion but we just aren’t able to give him the attention he needs and deserves since our daughter was born. He is a very anxious/stressed dog and we don't feel comfortable with him around our daughter (9 months old) as she gets more mobile. Cooper tends to "guard" what is his or what he believes is his (food bowl, his bed, the couch he is on, etc.) with a growl, and sometimes a mean bark and we just can't take a chance (he does the same thing sometimes with a harness/leash). He has never bit anyone, but when his stress level is up we tend to stay away. A low stress environment and someone with experience with dogs with behavioral issues would probably be best. Thanks!

American Pit Bull Terrier Labrador Retriever

Male, Young
Northville, MI
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Raleigh has severe separation anxiety. He needs a caring home where someone is home with him the majority of the time. Raleigh is a very affectionate dog that loves attention, walks and car rides. He does well with most dogs, but would be better suited for a home with either no children or older children. He has a kennel for when we are out of the home, is microchipped, neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He is trained to only go the bathroom outside, going to the door when he wants to go out. We have had him since he was 4 months old, adopted from Waggin Tails in Northville. He is currently 4 1/2 years old, weighing about 55lbs. Raleigh will be a great companion, we just feel he needs more attention that our busy family can give.
