Story

I adopted Lady from the Michigan Humane Society when she was 8 weeks old. She was such a ball of energy and the last of her litter to be adopted. She's a special girl because she has extra toes! On her two back feet she has dew claws and one of them has an extra toe. So in total that's 3 extra. (But don't worry, we've had them looked at by a few vets and they don't need to be removed.) Lady is now 6 years old but you would never know it. She acts the same as she did when she was a puppy. She's a lot of fun to be around. She loves to go for walks and rides in the car. She also loves snuggling on the couch and being covered with blankets. Playing fetch and tug are her two favorite games (next to belly rubs). If she sees a ball, it's game on. She wants to play. She is the most fun loving, amazing dog.

I do not have enough time to properly train him and give him the attention he needs. He is on the aggressive side, dominant , snips at kids and guests. Barks a lot. Very vigilant. Finds holes in the fence and runs then comes back. He is for sure a troublemaker. No fear at all! Needs a dominant owner. Otherwise lovely dog, beautiful pure breed chihuahua. If you love their sassiness you will love this one. Not recommended with small kids. Also I have another dog medium sized mutt. Chance dominates him and plays aggressively with him. He would love to have a playmate but not sure if they would get along. Chance likes to chase squirrels and cats in the backyard. I do not recommend cats. Also during winter time his paws freeze and kinda refuses to go out , needs to be taken otherwise he will pee in the house. He will pee in rooms he is not allowed in if he finds the door open

Story

We bought Dorito on Feb. 14 2019 as a puppy. We were very excited to have our first dog until reality set in and we realized how busy we really are and how unfair it is for Dorito. He is very energetic and loves being outside but do to our schedule he is indoors away from us the majority of the day almost every day. I wish we could be home more often and give him the life he deserves but it’s impossible at the moment. We love him and are looking for a loving home where he can be happy in.

Story

Brittany is a 5 year old pit/lab mix. She was unable to be cared for by her previous owner due to becoming ill. I’ve been caring for her since but don’t have enough time because I work too much. She has separation anxiety and would need a home with someone who’s able to be home most of the time with her. She is mostly house broken but goes potty inside when left alone. She’s a very sweet dog otherwise. She’s very loving towards people and animals she just takes a minute to warm up to new situations and often is anxious.
