Story
My daughter bought Bella back in May 2019 so I believe she is about 5 to 6 months old. My husband and I work long hours and my daughter now works and has no time for her. We dont feel it's right to leave her in a cage all day. She is very loving and playful. She goes to the door and sometimes whines when she needs to go out. She loves kids, and loves to snuggle up to you on the couch. I really hope to find her a good home.

Gracie

German Shepherd Dog

Female, Young
Haslet, TX
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
We adopted Gracie from a Dallas Shelter when she was just a baby. She is the most loyal, sweet girl who just wants to be loved. The reason we are sadly having to let her go is because she has aggression issues with other dogs. She is the Alpha dog and lets it be known. If a dog does something she doesn’t like or oversteps she becomes aggressive, and has attacked several resulting in two different vet trips from broken skin. Grace would thrive in a home with a bit of land. And best with no young children. She’s never hurt our children but knowing her aggression with other dogs has made me uneasy when my young children invade her space. She would be best with an older couple, or with teenagers. Even a single woman because she is very protective. I’ve always known with her if someone was to ever enter my home uninvited she would keep me safe, which is why I know she would thrive protecting a more mature couple, or person without young children. She is extremely smart and a great listener.

Genevieve came from a family that kept her kenneled all the time. She loves to be outside. She is still learning not to potty inside and would benefit from a home that can give her one on one to help her learn. She was scared of my dogs at first but is learning every day to be mire social. She is not good w small kids but good w older children she is up to date on all shots and hw negative. She is lactating as she apparently had pups before we got her so we are scheduling her spay and microchip for in two weeks. Story
Jewelz is as sweet as can be and wouldn't harm a fly! She is easygoing, gentle and curious of all her surroundings! She gets along great with her furry foster sisters, and was even previously used as a "dog tester" at the shelter. Although she is a senior, she still has pep in her step! She loves to play frisbee! She'll chase it down and bring it right back to set in right in your lap/hand! She also loves to be with her people, but does okay on her own as well! She likes to be petted and will give you her paw if you stop before she would like! 🙂 Jewelz is completely house-trained. She is a wonderful companion and constantly makes her foster family smile!
