Story
I found Miley 4 years ago at 5 weeks old on Craigslist. I felt so bad about how the living conditions looked on the post, so I bought her from the breeder. She was always the best dog until I became pregnant last year. She has behavior issues now attacks my other dog over food and toys, breaks through my fence often. She’s ran away and will not come when I call her. She just snapped one day and is not the same dog. Miley will growl at me, attack my corgi mix and is very hesitant around my child and me. She’s kennel trained but gets very anxious in her kennel. She is the sweetest dog when there’s no other dogs or my child around. But I am scared for my 10 month old. I’m looking for somebody with no other pets, no children and the time to treat her like their baby. She does best when she is the center of attention and can sleep on the bed or couch with you. She loves cuddles and is probably suited to be in a home with a woman. I love her with all my heart but I need safety for my son.

Story
Rosie is a rescue that i adopted from a local shelter four years ago and she's been a loyal and loving companion ever since. She's a quiet dog, but she hasn't met a person she hasn't loved. She's not a big fan of toys, but loves chasing lasers/reflected light, going on walks, and being pet, especially on her belly. She also tends to be good around younger children, although sometimes barks or nips if treated in a rough manner. Recently though, she has developed bladder stones and has a heart arrhythmia which complicates surgery, so she is prone to having accidents indoors if left alone for longer than a few hours. Additionally, circumstances in my life have forced me to move to a town that is very unfriendly to pet owners. If you have love and attention to spare, don't mind having a less active companion, then Rosie would be a wonderful addition to your family.

Story
Daisy is such a sweetheart. She really loves people and loves getting attention. I have never had to rehome a dog before and my heart is broken but I want to do what is best for Daisy. She doesn't know how big she is and we are expecting our first baby in a small place. With three other dogs, we feel Daisy would be better in a home that she can get more attention and time out of her crate. She is house trained and does really well in her crate. She knows how to sit, she'll listen if you tell her to get down off the couch, and she knows how to sit and wait for a prayer before she eats. She loves to cuddle and her favorite place will be next to you on the couch. She does get nervous around loud noises like fireworks and thunderstorms. She will try to find a safe place to hide like a bathroom or closet. Daisy does pretty good on leash but being such a big dog, she does like to pull when she's excited. One of her favorite things to do is to get in the water in a kiddie pool.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.***Available For Adoption*** Local to DFW Metroplex Only*** Finn came into our program at around 10 weeks of age. His family had an accidental litter of puppies and they couldn’t find a home that could meet his special needs.    Finn was born with a form of spina bifida called sacral agenesis. This means he was born without his sacrum. The sacral area is the control center for bowel and bladder control. Little Finn physically can’t control his bowels or bladder so he has to wear a diaper.     Finn is pretty good about his diaper but sometimes he protests and removes the one that covers his rear end. He loves to run around naked!   Finn receives weekly chiropractic adjustments to help keep him as aligned as possible while he’s still growing to help avoid any neurological issues in the future that a misalignment can cause.  It also manages any pain he has from missing an important part of his back.    Given he is missing a pelvic stabilizing bone, his back end can be wobbly when he stands on his back legs. This does not slow him down ONE bit!  He is FAST and can turn on a dime.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Herbie The Love Bug is exactly as his name describes.  He is super sweet and lovable.  He loves to give hugs.  Herbie was born without a tail and this has caused some issues with bowel and bladder control.  He has been getting weekly chiropractic adjustments since he entered our program.  He has now gained bladder control.  His anus is gaining muscle tone and we hope this means he will gain control of his bowels in the future. We are accepting applications for Herbie.  You must be within a reasonable driving distance to Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas to be eligible to adopt him.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
I have had Remy since she was a puppy. She is a very loving dog but a little food aggressive. I have had to keep her on a chain because she attacked my landlords chickens. She got off the chain yesterday and attacked them again. My landlord says get rid of her or he will shoot her.
