Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! 10 Months later Sadie is still without a home. Sadie - Cattle Dog Mix, Spayed, Microchipped, On flea and Heartworm preventative, Current on Vaccinations. Approximately 4-5 years of age. Sadie may not be the perfect dog, but she can be the perfect dog for somebody. She should be the only pet. She loves being outside, and being with her people that she trusts. If you are willing to give her the time to earn your trust, then you have a best friend for life. We don't know everything that happened in her four or five years before she came to SNAP, she is not aggressive towards people, but is fearful. She acts tough with her barks, but it is all based on fear. Volunteers that meet her can not touch her in the beginning, but after a week or so of Sadie seeing them everyday and getting her walks from them, she learns to trust them and she then loves all the attention she can get. Favorite things to do is play fetch, running in circles, and she is getting better with car rides! It will take a special person, for a special dog! Story
hi this is tank, he is a one year old pit/boxer mix. hes a big ole puppy, he is full of energy so he will need a big home or yard to run around in. i hate to rehome him however he dosent do well with young children or small animals such as cats. he is weary of strangers but does warm up over time. hes a very sweet boy and loves to snuggle and get treats. i believe he would do best in a quiet home where he is the only pet. he is quite large so he will need an owner who is going to be able to handle him. please message me with any questions.

Story
Cedar is a young adult (2-3 y.o.) who had a very rough start in life - he came to us very matted, and both eyes so damaged that he was supposed to lose them both. Thru the love and care of his foster mom, his eyes have been saved (although he is blind in one eye) and he is learning (very slowly) how to trust humans again. He doesn't like/trust very many people, or dogs right now. His adopter must understand that Cedar has every reason to NOT trust, and so his affection must be earned - slowly. We believe that his love and devotion are absolutely worth the effort! Cedar is working on his potty training and he is scheduled to be neutered at the end of January. He will be available shortly thereafter.

Story
Bianca came to us with needing lots of veterinary care. She has gotten it! Bianca has been spayed, vaccinated and even had a dental. She has very few teeth left and her skin issue is beginning to heal. She feels great and acts like a young pup! She gets along well with the resident Rotti, the kids and even the cats. She loves to walk - and can do 3 miles and still bounce straight into the air wanting to play. Bianca's biggest passion, however, is snuggling with her person and a blanket. She could do that for hours. Bianca is nearly housebroken too, Please apply at www.luckypawsmi.com An adoption fee of $150 will apply.

Story
Jasper is a fun loving dog. He is about 7 years old and we have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He has been living outside in our barn for the last 5 years. This is due to the fact that he had a chewing problem and was actually happier outside with room to run than in the house. He is a bit of a jumper, but can re-learn how to stay down with a little training. He knows basic commands like sit, stay, and shake. He is good with other dogs and loves cats. We currently have a cat that showed up in our barn and insists on standing in Jasper's food bowl. He doesn't mind a bit, even lets the cat in his dog house to cuddle. Unfortunately we have been unable to keep up with Jasper's shots and can not care for him like he deserves. We would like to find him a new home where he can get some much needed TLC. He is a lover.
