Hi, I'm Cecelia! A very nice lady sponsored my adoption fee, so I can go home with my new family at no cost. I have a LOT of energy and I am looking for an owner that can keep up with me. I am athletic and smart, so daily mental and physical stimulation is a must for me. Bored dogs turn into naughty dogs, so be sure I am working my brain! I might be mixed with Husky or Elkhound, so I am a bit of a working dog, which means I am not for everyone. I don't know how I feel about other dogs. I am pretty uncomfortable around most of them and react to them so I probably should be the only dog in the home. I have a really high prey drive. That means I will chase anything small that moves. So pay attention to me in the yard and I need a home without cats or other small animals. Pictures do not do me justice so you really need to meet me in person to see how beautiful I am! Hi, I'm Martina! I'm a shy gal, but once I warm up I am a super playful puppy! I really like to play with toys and looove snacks. The trainers say that will make it easy to train me. I already know how to sit and walk well on leash, but taking me to class would really help boost my confidence. I enjoy playing with other dogs, so if you have one we can meet to see if we get along. I'm a young gal still, so start me off in your home like I am a new puppy by puppy proofing the home and keeping an eye on me to be sure I am a good girl. I am a bit camera shy so it's really hard to tell by my pictures how beautiful I am with my green eyes and pink freckled nose. I should fit into almost any home. I promise it will be love at first sight!Martina is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and will be spayed before adpotion.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets. Hi, I'm Jaxon! I am a big lover! I can be a little timid, but if you pull out a tennis ball I turn into a big puppy! I am looking for a family that will enjoy taking me for walks, playing fetch and letting me relax on a nice soft bed. Those are my 3 favorite things to do in life. I have never been introduced to other dogs before coming to the shelter, so I am pretty nervous around them. At this time, I would do best as an only pet but I have potential to be friends with other dogs with some more positive experiences! I am a gentle giant and love all the human affection I can get. Maybe we can go to class so I can learn more things and boost my confidence. Foxxy was taken from an abusive home when she was 1 year old. A young lady adopted her but couldnt keep her because of a change in living situation. I have taken care of Foxxy for three years. I love her very much but I have to move to a place that does not allow dogs. She will be better off with a family because she doesnt like to be alone. She is indifferent towards dogs. I dont know about cats. She likes to play ball with older children and adults. She loves to snuggle on her persons lap. She seemed fine around a toddler that tried to pet her at the park. She is a little nerveous when traveling in a car, at the vet, groomer or during thunder storms. she will listen to my off leash commands. Its better to have a fenced back yard or keep her on leash until you are sure she wont run away. She knows some commands. She could use a general check up. Up to date on shots. Teeth cleaned one year ago. She turned five 6/14/19.

Hi there. I have my girl who is a German Shepherd mix who is VERY protective over me. She does not like men, and is very selective in who she does like. She does not like other dogs. I am the only owner she has had, and she is incredibly protective. I currently live in an apartment complex and have a baby on the way, and she just recently became more aggressive. I believe this is because of my pregnancy as well, but I am looking for a rescue or some who is VERY familiar with her breed and her behavior. She is an amazing dog aside from this. She is VERY intelligent and knows commands. She loves loves to go for walks, go for car rides and she LOVES to go swimming. I have always taken her with me anytime I've traveled and she is very good in the car. She just really isn't that fond of certain people. She responds to the word 'help' as well. Meet our sweet, but oh so timid Ichabod! Ichabod is gentle and shy, and needs an understanding adopter who will help him gain confidence and make sure he has plenty of positive experiences with new people, places, and other animals! Ichabod was not well socialized with other dogs at a young age, and would do best in a home where there are no other dogs. He is good with cats though and does not seem to bother them! Ichabod will need supervision outside at all times as he is a flight risk. He would love an adopter who wants to spoil him and take him to confidence boosting classes so he can go from timid boy to brave boy! He loves eating snacks and cuddling.
