Story

Kovu us a shy boy who was picked up by a friend who happened to find him tied up in his front yard. He was COVERED in ticks and starving. Kovu is a hyper dog, when kenneled, but when in an open space, like the yard, he seems to withdraw and sticks close to me or anything like a fence or another dog kennel. We do not know about his past that made him that way, but he will need time to adjust to a home setting. Kovu is a special needs dog. He has seizures that are stress or excitement induced. He is on medication for his seizures and will have to remain on them for the duration of his life.

Duelly and his siblings were pulled from the Cedar Creek Humane Society as owner turn ins. Duelly is the biggest of the litter and a strapping young boy he is. Very sweet natured and will give you a smile when he's happy. We believe he may be around 60 pounds when fully grown. As with some of his litter mates, we believe mama got around with some of the neighborhood dogs. Duelly has turned out looking more like a Chow with his purple tongue and different hair texture. He's a good boy looking for a good home.

Dottie was picked up around the Dallas Tollway in Frisco. She's a beautiful girl and quite the diva. Dottie is a bit of a noise maker, but that's something we're working on. Her previous owner had her tail cropped (something that you do not do on a Pit). She loves the water and has great fun drinking from the hose as the buckets fill. And we're talking BIG LEANER ALERT. She loves to lean on someone when she has the chance. Take a look at Dottie and tell me you don't fall in love with those eyes of hers. She would be a great addition to the family.
