Story
Stoli has been with me for 11 years now, he is a cuddly baby and loves to play and just hang out with you. I love him very much but now have to separate from him, he was recently ran over has lost control of his bowels and bladder so has to wear a diaper 24/7. I had a baby this year and unfortunately for sanitary reasons cannot continue to keep Stoli clean and changed while taking care of my newborn. Stoli is very protective so like most chihuahuas he does bite new people sometimes so there is also that, but never the ones he loves, he is very loyal!

Story
Bentley was found at a local Safeway in March 2011 (He was a Puppy 1 year old) Bentley is now 8.5 years old. I would like Bentley to have a loving home like in our Home. We give him a lot of love and attention. He is friendly with people once he gets confortable with them. He gets nervous around other dogs. He gets kind of aggressive when he is an a leash. He barks, but he will not bite. He loves to play with his toys and people. He loves to drink water and he eats once a day his dry food at night. I am now a 89 year old woman and I can not take care of Bentley and now my son takes care of me and my other dog that I still have.

Story
MEET PIPA! Pipa may be little, but she is mighty. She loves to see the world from the comfort of someone’s lap as well as sunbathe anywhere she can find a good spot, but is also very feisty! Pipa is her best self when she has a dog sibling in the house to wrestle and play with. She has a strong preference for large dogs (especially pitbulls) because they are fun to climb on. Her size dogs are just a little too easy to bully with her fiery spirit. If you and your resident dog are looking to expand your family with a big dog personality in a small package, please apply for Pipa!

Story
MEET DWIGHT! Dwight is an approx 8 month old brindle pitbull mix. He might be around 50 lbs full grown, but is currently a petit 30 lbs. He was scared and shut down at the shelter after being surrendered by his past owners. Now, Dwight loves to follow his foster mom around and prefers to always be touching people when he isn’t playing with other dogs or independently with toys or his bowl (his metal bowl is his favorite toy!). While he is still shy around strangers and has stranger danger, once he bonds to you, he just the sweetest boy! He is crate trained, potty trained, and sleeps through the night. He loves to play with other dogs and is a confident player. He would do best with a fur sibling and could fit a family with kids over 12+. We highly recommend training for power breeds and Dwight is super smart and ready! Before you fill out an application, remember that we are best fit and not first come first serve with our adoptions. For pit bull and strong breeds, you must be over 25 years old, have written landlord permission allowing the specific breed, and a home visit is mandatory. If you are interested in meeting please fill out an application at our website www.gobeyondrescue.com/adopt. Our adoption fee is $350 and includes spay/neuter, microchipping and up to date vaccines. We Adopt in the Sf Bay Area Only.

Story
MEET CHICO! Chico is a fun-loving, and very energetic one year old pup. He has the looks and the personality of a pittie with the legs and body of a dachshund. Chico loves everyone he meets and loves other dogs when off leash and able to play. He’s very food motivated and ball obsessed! Chico is NOT A FIRST TIME DOG for new dog owners. He has been in foster care and dog training for many months to overcome some of his more challenging behaviors. We know he’s cute, but we will insist on heavy previous dog leadership experience, and breed experience, specifically dachshund or pitbull. We recommend 2 hours of excercise a day for Chico, and many more months of positive-based dog training techniques. Chico would do well in daycare groups, or walks with a seasoned dog walking professional. Chico’s size and stamina makes him the funnest big dog in a little body. He’s hilarious, fun loving, and at times stubborn and hard headed. He’s a great city dog, and would do well in a home with another doggie sibling. If you are interested in meeting please fill out an application at our website www.gobeyondrescue.com/adopt. Our adoption fee is $350 and includes spay/neuter, microchipping and up to date vaccines. We Adopt in the Sf Bay Area Only.

Story
MEET THE GAME OF THRONES LITTER! One of our rescue partners reached out to us about this adorable litter of eight pups - of course we agreed to take them in. They were an accidental litter and the owners were not prepared for puppies. Mom is a white german shepherd and daddy is a pit mix (he was a rolling stone 😂) Momma is getting spayed so she won't have anymore puppies. They will be available for adoption in a few weeks and we are taking applications on them now! Before you fill out an application, remember that we are best fit and not first come first serve with our adoptions. For pit bull and strong breeds, you must be over 25 years old, have written landlord permission allowing the specific breed, and a home visit is mandatory.
